Mr. Brad Whitmire has a wide range of experience as an electrical engineer designing power, lighting, and communications systems as a private consultant. For more than 20 years he worked with industrial and commercial clients of all facets of design and project management for construction and renovation projects. He also has a keen insight into general contracting in such areas as project cost, management, administration and operations.
